Ronald’s over seven hundred fifty (750) TV advertisements in the central Los Angeles community on CNN, BET, ESPN, and The Food Network have helped to immensely boost CD sales and his notoriety with the local VIP record chain. According to the marketing manager at a VIP record store, Ronald Turner’s CD, It’s All About Love, outsold the number one R & B CD in America, Ruben Studdard, during the weeks of January 18-31, 2004. Radio ads were also aired on radio station KJLH in Los Angeles.
Microsoft co-founder, Paul Allen, selected Ronald’s CD as background music for his executives, professional sports teams, and guests as they prepare for flights on the company jets.

Ronald Turner is the leader/drummer/songwriter of the Fashion Statement band and executive producer of his debut CD It’s All About Love. He is a native of Memphis, Tennessee, a graduate of Florida A and M University, and a former public school band director in Florida and Los Angeles, California. He has performed with singer Esther Phillips and trumpeter Dizzy Gillespie for the Newport Jazz Festivals at Carnegie Hall, the Oakland Coliseum, and the Hollywood Bowl. Ronald has performed or arranged music with James Ingram, Ray Charles, Freddie Hubbard, Hubert Laws, Patrice Rushen, Phil Perry, Dorothy Donegan, Don Julian, the Penguins, the Coasters, and Rev.
